CHANGES

If the purchased product does not satisfy you, it can be changed on our site Karunstore.cl by presenting the receipt/invoice or exchange ticket, within a period of 10 days through contacto@karunstore.cl

The products must be unused, undamaged, with their labels and original packaging.

Karunstore.cl will always respect the price paid by the customer. Therefore, if you want to exchange your product for one of higher value, you will have to pay the price difference. If you wish to exchange it for a product of lower value, the money resulting from the price difference will not be refunded, but you will have to choose additional products, so as to have no credit balance. The cost of shipping the product to be exchanged is the responsibility of the customer.

No exchanges are made on handmade products or digital products.

RETURNS

If the digital product purchased does not meet your expectations, you can request a refund for a period of 10 days. 

If the purchase was made with a Credit Card, the amount will be reversed or credited to the same card. The payment will be made within a period of 10 business days.

Because our textile pieces are handmade, we do not refund money nor do we adhere to the right of withdrawal for these types of products. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase at Karün Store, so each piece is made with great dedication and we share photographs for your final approval before sending your order. 

However, if the purchased textile piece arrives in poor condition, you may request its exchange or repair for a period of 14 days after receiving the order. To make this right effective, you must contact us at contacto@karunstore.cl, attaching images and a complete description of the product in poor condition. We will evaluate the request and respond to you as soon as possible.

LEGAL WARRANTIES

In the event that the product presents faults or defects within 6 months following the date of issuance of the receipt or invoice, it can be repaired, action that is carried out whenever the product has not deteriorated due to an event attributable to the consumer. If the repair proceeds, shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.
