If the purchased product does not satisfy you, it can be changed on our site Karunstore.cl by presenting the receipt/invoice or exchange ticket, within a period of 10 days through contacto@karunstore.cl

The products must be unused, undamaged, with their labels and original packaging.

Karunstore.cl will always respect the price paid by the customer. Therefore, if you want to exchange your product for one of higher value, you will have to pay the price difference. If you wish to exchange it for a product of lower value, the money resulting from the price difference will not be refunded, but you will have to choose additional products, so as to have no credit balance. The shipping cost will not be considered, since it is considered a cost already incurred.

The shipping cost of the product to be exchanged is the responsibility of the customer.

No exchanges are made on handmade products or digital products.

RETURNS

If the purchased product does not meet our customers' expectations, a refund may be requested. We extended the period for returns to 10 days.

The products must be unused, undamaged, with their labels and original packaging. Returns do not apply for handmade products or digital products.

If the purchase was made with a Credit Card, the amount will be reversed or credited to the same card. The payment will be made within a period of 10 business days, after the product is returned to our workshop or warehouse. In the event that a product does not qualify for a return, it will be returned to the sender without prior notice.

The cost of shipping the product to be returned is the responsibility of the customer.

LEGAL GUARANTEES

In the event that the product presents faults or defects within 3 months following the date of issuance of the receipt or invoice, it can be exchanged, a refund that is made provided that the product has not deteriorated due to an event attributable to the consumer. .
