Can I order a custom piece?

Yes. To commission an original piece designed specifically for your space/project or customize the size , colors or design of a mural/tapestry from our catalog, please fill out the form here and I will contact you within 2-3 business days to discuss your idea. 

 

Do you ship to all of Chile?

Yes, we ship to the entire continental territory of Chile. We also offer shipping to insular Chile, but because we do not have predefined rates, we ask that you contact us for a personalized quote.

Do you ship outside of Chile?

Yes, we ship to more than 130 countries. Rates are calculated for the main cities of each country, and if your address is in a non-main city or remote area additional charges may apply. To check if we offer shipping to your specific area, simply add a product to your shopping cart and review the available shipping options.

How long do the shipments take?

Within Chile, shipments to the Metropolitan Region are made within 24 to 48 business hours. For other regions of the country, delivery time is 3 to 10 business days. International shipments take between 4 and 9 business days to arrive.

These shipping times are informed on the payment screen. In the case of our textile pieces, the deadlines after production are considered. Each published work has its preparation time specified. 

Transit times may be affected by events such as Cyber ​​Day, Cyber ​​Monday, Black Friday among others due to the high demand for Couriers, which are not the responsibility of Tejido Sustentable SpA, since they are external companies, but we will always be attentive to creating ticket so that your order arrives on time.

What is the shipping cost?

The shipping value will be calculated automatically at the Checkout of our site, since depending on your location, weight and volume of your order, it could have different values ​​between each client.  

International shipping rates do not include taxes or customs fees that may be generated in the destination country, it is the buyer's responsibility to assume these costs. You should consider that if your package is destined for a non-main city or remote area, additional shipping charges may be generated. In this case you can inform us of your address and product(s) you wish to purchase, and we will quote the possible surcharge to the transport company.

On our platform you can pay with credit cards, debit cards or bank transfer. We use SSL cryptography to ensure your payment information is 100% protected.

Payments are processed in United States Dollars (USD). If your account or card operates in Chilean pesos, select the VentiPay option to complete the payment for your purchase.
